Crystal has come to Nourish Wellness Centre to do her practicum for her Masters of Counselling Psychology. She has 14 years experience as a registered social worker, working in various areas such as mental health and substance use, healthcare, and adoption. She is experienced in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, personality disorders, and loss.

She understands that many people feel overwhelmed and want to develop the skills they need to help them live a more balanced and fulfilling life!

Crystal is a wife and mother of 4 and enjoys living in the beautiful city of Kamloops, BC and all it has to offer.

She is looking forward to working with you!
