Spicy Tuna Wraps!

Simple, yet delicious. Perfect answer for alternative lunchtime sandwich. And its as easy as one two three! basic steps, and basic ingredients- likely found in your fridge at any time!


  • 1 4oz can Tuna

  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp siracha - any hot sauce of choice will do well

  • 2 wraps

  • 2/3 cup carrots, diced/matchstick

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks


1. In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.

2. Divide the tuna salad between the two wraps.

3. Divide the vegetables between the two wraps.
