Spin on the Classic Carrot Salad
When a salad this healthy, can taste this good....count me in. A traditional carrot salad recipe just has raisins and mayo, personally I love the kick that the pineapple, apple & grape adds in.

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced apple
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced grapes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine carrots, raisins, apple, grapes in a large bowl
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar & salt
Pour dressing over salad mixture
Cover and refrigerate
