Spin on the Classic Carrot Salad

When a salad this healthy, can taste this good....count me in. A traditional carrot salad recipe just has raisins and mayo, personally I love the kick that the pineapple, apple & grape adds in.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1/2 cups shredded carrots

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup diced apple

  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple

  • 1/2 cup diced grapes

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine carrots, raisins, apple, grapes in a large bowl

  2. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar & salt

  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture

  4. Cover and refrigerate
