Coffee. It does a body good!


This popular drink is warming, stimulating, with a bitter/sweet taste. Plus, I love it.

In small amounts for the right person, coffee can be helpful as it moves Qi and Blood, fights Dampness through dispersion, and lifts the Mind.....In other words: coffee is good for mild pain relief, sluggish bowels from a diet of rich foods, increasing metabolism, and enhancing mental alertness.
