Gingerbread Peanut Butter
This is a perfect seasonal treat that's healthy and so delicious!! This is one of those recipes you wish you would've found years ago. It's reallly quick and easy to make too!
My kids looooovvvveee this stuff and they enjoy it spread on crackers and toast. You can also add it as an oatmeal topper or in your homemade granola bars. Eat it as a fruit dip, bake with it.... the possibilities are endless.
2 cups all natural peanut butter
4 tsp molasses
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2.5 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
Put all ingredients into a food processor. Mix thoroughly
You can keep this in an airtight container for about a month. Great holiday gift idea or spread to bring to a Christmas party.
