Chocolate Mint Slice

Bottom layer:
1 cup dates
1 ½ cup almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
Middle layer:
2 tbl coconut butter
2 tbl coconut oil
10 drops peppermint extract
Top layer:
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cacao powder
1 tbl pure maple syrup
Directions:
Add all bottom layer ingredients to food processor and pulse until the mix sticks together
Press into baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place into freezer or fridge while you prepare the other layers
In a saucepan, heat middle layer ingredients on low until melted. Stir to combine. Take the baking sheet with bottom layer out of the freezer and pour the middle layer on top. Return to freezer.
Place ingredients for top layer in saucepan and heat on low until melted. Stir to combine. Take baking sheet out of freezer and pour top layer on.
